Hi,

People of all shapes, sizes and physical abilities are able to have satisfying sexual relationships. The position(s) that work best for you are the ones that work best for you and your partner, on that particular day, in that particular moment. I don't mean to sound so generic, but there are too many positions for me to list (and, I'm assuming you are asking about penis-vagina sexual activity)?

I am not sure what your actual physical limitations are (as well as your mental limitations and preferences), but any position that you two can dream of, that is pleasing to you both, is a position that you can do.

There is a book that is recommended for increasing intimacy with a partner who has physical limitations called, "The Ultimate Guide to Sex and Disability: For All of Us Who Live With Disabilities, Chronic Pain, and Illness" by Cory Silverberg, Miriam Kaufman, and Fran Odette.

The second part of your question: what exercises can be done to increase flexibility? Yoga, pilates, dance, gymnastics, swimming...these can all increase your flexibility and stamina, as well as help you lose weight...which will also increase your range of motion and flexibility. Do you have access to a nearby gym, workout center or a DVD where you can follow an instructor's workout routine?

Let me know what other information you are seeking; I'm not sure if I really answered your questions.
