Dear Anon, I wish I could tell you something else, but you probably know the answer deep in your heart. So here is my answer: "You do not want to do anything with high cholesterol except lower it, especially if your question is about the BAD cholesterol (LDL)". If you choose to do nothing, you are putting yourself at risk of serious health problems such as: cardiovascular disease and stroke. The higher the LDL to higher the chances of developing heart disease. Too much LDL can also cause gallstones, impotence, high blood pressure, and loss of mental acuity. There are many ways to lower LDL changes in nutrition, adding exercise to your life and reducing stress. Exercise increase the good cholesterol (HDL). I also suggest taking Red Yeast Rice supplements which have shown to reduce bad cholesterol as effectively as many drugs in the market today. Work with your doctor and set up a diet, exercise and stress management plan as soon as possible.

I wish you well.
