It is horrible to think they are having sex as early as 12. However, even when I was in high school in the 80's there was a freshman girl with not one, but TWO children already. The best man at our wedding, his daughter had her first when she was 13, her second at 17, her third at 20 and her fourth at 24. All from different men. Finally the state tied her tubes. What's most alarming is these are just the examples that I am aware of. I'm sure they are just a drop in the bucket to how many girls are having intercourse at such an early age.
