Is there anyway I can contact you to get the name of this doctor. I live in South America, but I started with the exact same symptoms while going to college in the US. I was on Otrhocyclen and then on Yazmin, and also noticed that pain got worse on birth control. I started with the pain about 2 years after being on birth control. I recently got off birth control again about 3 months ago, and have started feeling better, but never completeley pain free. Same about the sex drive. Your case is just like mine. I was also prescribed lidocaine and the antidepressants, everything. It is like reading my own stuff. I need to ask what bood tests I need to have done for the hormonal imbalance.
