I am going through Menopause and wasnt so aware that I was in the middle of it, but had started doing a bootcamp. There were plenty of women who were older. In their 40's, 50's & 60's!

Since the beginning of it, I had lost 12 lbs and loads of inches all over, increased my metabolism, and lowered body fat.
I started doing the 6 day body makeover which is protein every 3 hours along with veggies & brown rice or potatoes.

I do have to force myself to get out of bed early to do boot camp but once I'm finished I feel accomplishment and then go onto the gym for my regular workout.
Eating right is 80% of it!

Sometimes I'm lazy too! You do need to take a day off inbetween and relax too.Get out of bed & make it happen!
Its all about choices..
