I wouldn't recommend adding anything extra into your saline solution in your neti pot. Stick to tried and tested normal (isotonic) and hypertonic saline solutions. They can be pH buffered if you like it makes little difference. But if you add anything else you run the risk of irritating the nasal passages.
As for acupuncture, it's been shown to be no more than a placebo...
I don't see what anti-oxidants would have to do with allergies either...
