Hi,
I'm curious: how old are you now? You said you were in love with a man for the first time in your 60s (although you had been married once before, and are now divorced), and this man is in another relationship. It sounds like you still have feelings for him ("sexual feelings" and "fantasizing", as you describe it), and want these feelings for HIM to stop, or you want ALL sexual feelings to stop? I'm not sure why you do think you "will will never have a sex life"? How long ago did your relationship with this man end, and are you still in your 60s?

Do you feel that your age is prohibiting a sex life, have you made religious vows, or have a medical condition? Or, (pardon my giant leap of assumption, and reading between the lines), but are you still in love with this man you can not have, your heart is broken, and your only way to deal with this heartache and continued feelings for him is that you have decided the best way to protect yourself from future hurt is: if you can't have him, you will have no one, ever, and you want to know how to stop your feelings for him, and all sexual feelings in your future?

Please let me know more about your story, and I can help provide you with some information, or emotional comfort, which ever you need more.
