Hi, Anon. What good questions you ask!!

Oh, how I wish the answer were simple. If it were, I would be lining up with you to take advantage of it!! (Or if we could invent it, we would be rich!)

The reality is that every single one of us is different, and things like the levels of certain hormones in our blood can vary wildly from woman to woman. Just as the age of perimenopause or menopause varies from woman to woman. Some women are in early menopause at 43; others are still having their cycles at 53. No OTC test or supplement can hope to have the same effect on them.

May I ask you a few questions?

Have you considered going to your ob/gyn to have your hormone levels tested? Is this an option for you? I know that it's more costly than an OTC solution, but it might prove useful if you actually knew what your levels were and what your doctor's opinion was.

There are many other things that affect our libido as well. Are you on any medications for other conditions?

What kind of supplement did you try? You don't have to tell me the brand name, but do you know what ingredients were in it?

Are you in perimenopause, or menopause?

And is your question just about the desire to have sex, or about such things as actual lubrication and climaxing?
