Well, I'm post-menopausal and almost 60. Good sex is as much mental as physical. The physical part is really easy to deal with, actually, especially if the mental part is healthy, communicative, playful and whatever else it may take to have a good attitude.
A glass of champagne - or whatever is your pleasure - also helps.
