So sorry you're stressed. Let's see if we can put your mind at ease a bit. If we look at it one step at a time:
-- One time you didn't use a condom, but did take your pill. For you to have gotten pregnant that day, it would be astronomical odds: (a) you would have to be ovulating AND (b) the pill would have to have failed you (you didn't say which pill you are on, but most are about 97% effective). Also you say this was a "few" weeks ago -- is that right? If so, you've had a period since then, right?
-- One time you missed a pill, but you didn't have sex. So, no problem there.
What you're experiencing is mid-cycle spotting or mid-cycle bleeding. That's not a sign of pregnancy. You might be ovulating; occasionally that causes mid-cycle spotting or pain sort of like menstrual cramps. It has to do with a sudden rise and fall in hormones, which is natural. About 30 percent of women experience it at some time or another.
It honestly doesn't sound like you have anything to be worried about. And I'd like to applaud you for having safe sex, using both the pill and condoms. Well done.
