It's funny you should say that because a few years ago I was doing one of the many cancer stories the paper I wrote for assigned me and someone (a big shot) at the American Cancer Society told me they have a cure for cancer but no way can they let it out. Too many people would be out of work and it would screw up the economy. It's screwed up now anyways.
