I have had cluster headaches for about 15 yrs. Anytime I work in garden and get overheated I get the worst headache. I'm not sure if any of u are on oxygen but it is my life saver. Get to cool air use oxygen with a rebreather mask 15 liter regulator. Your dr has to write script but if u get clusters O2 is a must. I also take a preventative but doesn't seem to do a lot till I quit taking it! I get so frustrated, I can't be in the sun unless there is a cool breeze. I also take generic maxalt as a last resort. I just came in with a bad one and googled it. Not glad that all u suffer to but least someone understands.
