your problem might be dont think too much and dont have any liquids if you know your gonna be alone with your guy...take a deep breath and count 1-5 at 5th let go...
what also might help if you use lubricate to essential your glands....
and the top solution would be you have to find a sex position you like more so you can be so into it or like it much you will feel your in the heavens =D
p.s. you can also do the Kegel exercise...( which is squeeze in your gland together in and out 4-6 times a day for 6 counts...it usually helps)
