How could they all be the same? As Miscortes says, they are all different. Aren't all of our hands, feet, etc. different? Why would the vagina be any different. It even changes in one woman throughout her life and when she is having sex.
I found some information on AVERAGES....it's mostly about depth.

"When your vagina is relaxed, the vaginal walls collapse inward. The diameter is less than one inch and the length will be around 3 to 4 inches. However the size changes when you are ready for intercourse. At that time the diameter of your vagina is not the same throughout the vaginal tunnel.

The narrowest part will be the opening of the vagina and it is wider as it gets deeper in to the vagina.Usually the front part of the vagina is about one and a half inches. As we go deeper in to the vagina, the diameter grows. The back end of the vagina usually has a diameter of 2 1/2 inches. The length of the vagina also changes. The front vaginal wall has the length of about 2 inches and the back end is approx. 3, so the total is around 6 inches. However, the size will change after child birth because of the extreme expansion of the vagina. Many women complain that they feel loose and loose the control of their bladder. It could be corrected by kegel exercise or vaginal tightening surgery".
