I'm really sorry that you are dealing with ongoing pain on your left side. Is it possible that it's not your ovary but rather something else? When I read your post the first thing that came to mind was that it's your appendix. I realize that you've had ovarian cysts before and so I can totally understand why you'd think that was going on again, but it's possible that it's something else in the same region that's causing similar pain. I would probably make an appointment to see my regular doctor to see about being examined/tested for appendicitis. Please let us know how you are doing and what you find out, and I hope you are feeling better really soon.
