I woke up in the middle of the night and my first thought was "The appendix is on the right, not the left!" Please pardon my goof!! But maybe your pain is still from something else rather than your ovary, like maybe a bowel issue or kidney issue or something. It would be great if your doctor looked at your whole abdominal area for the source of your pain, and I do hope you get your answers soon. Best to you, Nancy Drew Fan
