Also, I assumed in your message that you meant "end of April" for the last time you had unprotected sex, and not "end of March." But if you were correct and it was the end of March, then I understand that what you're concerned about is whether you can have a period and yet still be pregnant?

The answer is it's very rare. It's possible, but rare. It would be more plausible if you had just spotted a little then, but to have a full period and to now not have any symptoms six weeks later -- and a negative pregnancy test -- pretty much rules it out, from what I can tell.
