Good tips from the NOF, though I worry a bit about NOF's stance on osteoporosis drugs. In light of it being Osteoporosis Awareness Month, here's a very good Fracture Risk Assessment Quiz. I've found the Better Bones information to be really eye-opening when it comes to bone health.
