Absolutely NOT! I had hormone pellets inserted about 3 wks ago and I feel fabulous. For the first time since I had a hysterectomy--10 years ago--I am sleeping through the night! That ALONE is a good reason to do it, but besides that benefit I'm not nearly as grumpy (probably cause I'm sleeping at night!). I have more energy, less moodiness. It's been ALL GOOD for me. Got them from Dr. Matez at SmacBoca in Boca Raton.
