This doctor fails to mention the new FDA warnings that have been issued in Feb. and March, 2009 & the fact that the real numbers of complications are not 1,000 reports but over 11,000 reports of women who have experienced pain and life changing problems from this surgery. And these are only the cases reported voluntarily. There are now many class action lawsuits against the makers of these mesh products and doctors wil not be far behind. Be warned, do not have this surgery unless you are ready to suffer pain for the rest of your life.
