I have come to believe that besides genetics playing a large role in one being more prone to endometriosis and fibroids, lifestyle and toxicity also play major roles. Toxicity is hard to decipher in one's body in today's lifestyle, however I recommend that we endometriosis suffers learn to adhere to a very strict vegetarian/fish diet. I myself suffer badly form the disease and have had 2 laproscopies so far to remove a few ovarian endometriomas and pelvic endometriosis. I know another few are inevitable for me, but I am trying to study the disease alongside the suffering. I am sure we women weren't meant to suffer in so much pain and there must be something out there soon.
