It may be too early, or you may have a late period. I wish I could provide you with more information! If your last menstrual period started May 1st, and you had intercourse on the 23rd, 26th, 27th and 31st of the month, you may have missed the time that you were ovulating...but some women ovulate "later" in their cycle.

Are you using an ovulation predictor kit, checking cervical mucus, testing your basal temperature? These methods would provide some more information regarding when you ovulate.

If you are worried, you may want to call your doctor's office in a few days, and let them know you are 38+days in your cycle, and at what point do they want to see you if your period still has not come.
