Thanks for the response! I figured it would be difficult to find anyone who could give me a straight answer (other than my actual doctor haha) based on my irregular cycles and what not. I think that the mono is throwing my body for a loop as well - its been a stressful few weeks trying to find out what was wrong and now that I know, its still been pretty hard on my body. I'm nearing day 40 and its still not shown up. I'm scheduled to see my regular doctor on Friday, and I definitely am planning on getting a prescription for the pill so that I don't have to worry as much AND I can hopefully regulate my periods a little bit (having such an irregular period is a huge pain!)
I'll be sure to keep you posted on my situation. Hopefully my period shows up in the next few days.
