I've suffered for years with what I thought (and doctor described as) migraine headaches. I was given a prescription for and have been using Imitrex for years. I could take no more than 2 tablets in a 24-hour period. I had such a headache last week - it lasted for 2 days and I took both allowable pills during the first day and was afraid to take any more. Out of desperation, I used a Neti Pot (which my friend had recommended and purchased for me). I was absolutely blown away when that headache went away in a half hour. Next headache = try the Neti Pot first!
