Of course not! I was fifteen when mine started and my mother was seventeen. We are all different and you are probably used to girls developing early but that is actually a newish phenomenon.
You are young. Don't worry.....
Is there a parent or teacher you can talk to about your worries? They may be able to set your mind at rest.
