Thanks for replying. I would still urge you to see a doctor because you have your ovaries in the front and kidneys on the back.
The only time I would think that pain in your lower abdomen and back are normal are if you have been exercising and you're sore or if you are cramping from your menstrual cycle.
Tylenol will mask the pain but I would also advise that you take it only when necessary because of it's link to liver damage. It's okay to take it, just remember not to exceed the recommended 4 grams per day.
