FEEL SO SICK ALL THE TIME AND WEAK AND NIPPLES ARE SORE NOW?

don't know whats wrong with me i have just been feeling so sick like throwing up sick and feel so weak. and today i have noticed that my nipples are sore and sensitive to the touch.plus my breast have gotten a bigger and heavier and bigger since last week. And i'm a 46 DD. Also every time i eat i get sick.Also every time i smoke a cigg i get so weak and sick to my stomach. I can never finish a whole cigg anymore. Also i can never sleep anymore. Where i will get up at 12pm and stay up til 6am. Even though i am tired. And also i get so hot all the time. I just feel like crap. I'm also 2 days late on my period. today will make it 3 days late. and i'm never late. Ive also noticed how i'm having more clear discharge. Now my question is. do you have clear discharge right before you have a period? because ive never noticed it. and i had som e mild cramping today but then it went away.

Is there a reason for this. I had my last period June 20th. and like i said i'm 2 days late. So could i be pregnant?

also my cycles are every 25 days. and today makes it 29 days. i'm 3 days late from starting my period. And me and my fiance have had unprotected sex. so could i be pregnant? if you need more info just ask. thanks
