What type of pregnancy test was performed at your gynecologist? A urine test is extremely effective, and a "false negative" is unlikely.
Did they tell you that your period may be delayed after taking Plan B? Emergency contraception is (generally speaking) a "mega dose" of hormonal contraception, and can throw off a period. If you have already spoken with your gynecologist, taken a pregnancy test, then your period may be a few weeks late.
Don't hesitate to call your doctor's office, if your period is late beyond a few weeks.
