Sorry to hear that your now ex-boyfriend did not believe you. Between the time of your urine tests and your blood test did you bleed at all?
The drugs that you were on at the time should have no effect on your pregnancy test. If you have recently been pregnant (even if not carried to full term) may give you a false positive result because the pregnancy hormones will still be found in your body. This is the reason why I asked if you bled at all, sometimes we experience miscarriages before even knowing that we are pregnant.
