Ovarian cysts are curable, and many times the cyst itself can be removed without removing the entire ovary.
I am not sure what your marriage status has to do with ovarian cysts, as you mentioned it "only happening to married women". Women who are married, unmarried, widowed, heterosexual, homosexual...and everything in between....can be diagnosed with a cyst on their ovary. Is your question related more to the ability to have children, since you are not yet married? Or, did you read that the ovarian cysts depend on your "menstrual status", and thought it meant "marital status"; it is slightly confusing phrase...and could read it as "menstrual cycle" instead.
