OK - so having tried coconut oil, Selsun shampoo, Vitamin E, E45, Euricen, sunbeds (which worked slightly!), Clinique Dramatically different moisturizing cream, Canisten Hydrocortizone cream, prescribed lipocream and Vitamin E oil - Ive found the best thing which has worked so far is increasing the amount of water I drink and going to see a Chinese herbalist. She said it was caused by stress and my immune system being low . Treatment included a back massage, cupping to increase circulation and acupuncture to the affected areas. Ive had this twice and the swelling was reduced within 24 hours. She also gave me a cream to apply twice a day which I have been doing and the eczema has almost gone completely, its just the red marks which are left and lines from the previous damage. Ill update again in a week to let you know if they go. I also have allergy testing tomorrow at the hospital so again will let you know if it was an allergen thats causing it. If anyone has any tips how to treat the damage under the eyes caused by the excessive eczema, please let me know
