It is very, very normal for teenagers to have irregular periods, especially since this is only your 3rd period ever! You may have irregular periods for a year (maybe longer), where they are so irregular that they do not come every month. This is completely normal when you are just starting out with your menstrual cycle.
Do you have a trusted female adult that you can talk with about your period, either a family member, a family-friend or a teacher or school nurse?
