Pre-pregnancy I would experience shooting pain in my ovaries, or what I think is pain in my ovaries, I would not be surprised if the pain you are experiencing is your ovaries getting back in to the swing of things. I have read that after pregnancy and breastfeeding your period can be totally different than pre-pregnancy. Also your cervix can change after pregnancy and sex can feel different. Not sure about why it hurts with every step. I would still try to find a new OB-GYN and follow up with them. Have you tried ibuprofen? Good Luck, hope you feel better soon! I know it is frustrating! I did start giving my baby Vanilla Rice Milk with added vitamins to help wean. She loves it and I'm now at 50/50 with her bottles. I know the Rice Milk doesn't have the fat that she needs so I will find something to give her to help with that but at least she is drinking something besides breastmilk.
