Since you missed 2 pills, the safest choice would have been to use a condom along with your pills for the first week at least. But don't lose too much sleep over this right now, you were taking pills and you took plan B to also help prevent pregnancy so you may be in the clear. Taking a pregnancy test right now would be irrelevant and your best bet is to wait until you have missed a period to test for pregnancy for best results.
