Implantation bleeding is brown to pink colored spotting. It is scanty does not increase to a flow. It occurs about 6 to 12 days after conception.
You would not have become pregnant if you only engaged in dry humping.
If you have engaged in unprotected sexual intercourse since your last normal period, there is a chance you are pregnant and this could be implantation bleeding.
Take a pregnancy test if you do not have a normal period this month.
