Hello! I'm 25 years old and I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I've had symptoms of it since I was a teenager. It wasn't until I switched doctors that I was given the correct diagnosis for my symptoms. The most concerning part was my rapid, unexplained weight gain over the past 2 years. I was put on Metformin 3 times a day to regulate my sugar levels and to aid with weight loss. Metformin has basically regulated my weight but it remains a struggle to drop it. I've been fluctuating for the past few months, but at least I'm not gaining. I recently began a daily work out routine and I'm on the road to better eating habits. I too at times feel like a failure since weight loss is such a struggle, but you have to remind yourself that it is 10 times harder for someone with PCOS to lose weight and it is going to take a longer time to see results. Continue using the bike and think positive thoughts! I wish you the best of luck. :)
