I’m reading this almost 3 years after your post. I hope your symptoms have improved. I was so interested to see your comment on “lack of confidence at work”. I am experiencing the same symptom after 15 years of being very confident doing my job. I thought I was getting early onset dementia. It’s humiliating. What helps with that?!?!
I’m trying everything over the counter. Amberen helped but increased my blood pressure 30 points. Menopause is running my life and career!
