I check them usually about 3-5 timea a day but this past week has been about once every hour or so and they have been great! A bit higher like between 9.0-13.5 ish then the rest of the day its usually 8-6.0 then after around 7 pm it starts to drop 4.0-3.0 but these past few days have been solid 6.0 to 9.0 other than a couple 4.0 readings and i find i get extreamly week around those readings but i drink a bit less than i usually would and hold off on my activity. For a half hour (during work) and it will be back at 6.8 but! In other news, i did go for blood work yesterday afternoone cause my doctor wanted me.. Turns out i am pregnant! Very scarry but very happy as well! I have an appt with my specialists and family doctor again next week and im booking my ob/gyno appt on monday! If i did the math right and i wasnt pregnant during the beginning of my light period i should be 6 weeks, 7 next week obv!
