Your other option (instead of taking a pregnancy test) is to just wait until your next period. There is just not a chance of pregnancy from all of the factors you indicated:
- taking birth control pills, so you had protected sex
- used a condom, and therefore, a "double" protection from pregnancy
- length of time semen was on your hand (sperm is very fragile, and if you had semen on your hand during foreplay, then had sex for at least a few minutes, it is unlikely that the sperm would have lived more than a few minutes. Sperm only lives a few minutes outside of a body.)

Plus, most importantly: having a period after sex indicates that you are not pregnant. It is the absence of a menstrual period that may be a sign of pregnancy. You can consider your menstrual period your best "pregnancy test" that you are not pregnant.

All of these factors combined means that you are not pregnant from this previous sexual encounter. Congratulations on using safer sex practices, and be sure to keep using your pill and condom for best chances of preventing pregnancy!
