If you are a doctor, you are apparently completely ignorant about viruses, as are most doctors unfortunately. Viruses are not alive and they can't be "killed." They are merely tiny segments of DNA that are encased and rely completely on a living host to infect and replicate. Viruses are too small to be completely separated from the culture mediums they are grown in and vaccines are routinely contaminated by foreign animal DNA and viruses which end up in the vaccines. There are many ways a vaccine can make a person sick - the toxins, the diseased animal matter, and the animal viruses, but live viruses capable of infection and replication can be cultured from the nasal passages of persons receiving the inhaled version of the vaccine. If it can be infect, replicate and be cultured, it can shed; if it can shed it can infect.
