Hi Linda - I knew there were good reasons for liking chocolate and mushrooms! What a fascinating article. It would be wonderful if some creative companies would find a way to maximize the potential health benefits despite the inability to obtain patents. I certainly hope academic researchers will continue to explore the potential of dietary products for improved health and that we consumers will continue to learn more about this.
