Hi,
I wanted to let you know that I answered this question at your other post: https://www.empowher.com/community/ask/pregnancy-symptom-0

If you are experiencing symptoms 10 days before your period, you are most likely not even technically pregnant with a viable pregnancy yet (the fertilized egg does not implant into the uterus for 10-14 days after ovulation; ovulation occurs about 10-14 days before a period...this is why home pregnancy tests do not detect any "pregnancy hormone" until you've missed a period, as there may not be a viable pregnancy until the time of your missed period..does that make sense?).

Your symptoms may be related to ovulation (some women experience pain when ovulating), stress or other factors. Have you had a recent illness?
