Put us in the "loving leftovers" camp -- in fact, when we go somewhere else for Thanksgiving, I have been known to cook our own, smaller Thanksgiving dinner on Friday just so we can have leftovers for a few days!
But I also must count myself in the "mean to eat it but don't" category. In fact, at this moment, my refrigerator needs to be freed from (a) spaghetti sauce from about two weeks ago, (b) cooked veggies from about a week ago, and (c) something I don't want to look too closely at on the very back shelf.
Which reminds me of another Thanksgiving tradition -- cleaning out the frig of old leftovers in order to store the new!
