Thank you for your post. Based on the information you provided it does seem that your diagnosis of bipolar disorder is correct. However, since you've recently had a baby (congratulations!) many women suffer from post partum depression. The fluctuation of hormones going on can certainly take it's toll on a new mommy and as long as you don't have any thoughts about harming yourself or your children ppd is perfectly normal and treatable.
Have discussion with your doctor to see if he thinks your recent pregnancy may be playing a role or if it is the bipolar disorder at a bad point.
