Hello, just to share some information as I was just google searching this myself a few weeks ago.
This past month I did the 21 Progesterone test (ttc for over a year at age of 29-30) and I got a result of 65nmol/l which I believe is high. I ended up taking a pregnancy test (had no symptoms but just did it out of frustration) and got a BFP. I am now 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant and hoping everything works out.
I don't know if the high progesterone level indicated pregnancy or not but that is what happened with me!
