I am not sure what you are referring to by "therapy", as I need to make sure that your broken collarbone has already been diagnosed and treated by a doctor?

Most collarbone fractures heal themselves with a shoulder sling and pain medication, after being diagnosed by a doctor to ensure that no other organs or tissues have been injured. If a collarbone fracture does not respond well to the sling, surgery may be needed.

Can you tell us more about your condition, how long ago it was diagnosed, what treatment you have already received, and why you are needing physical therapy. Are you unable to move your arm, or otherwise have limited range of motion? How did your fracture occur (accident or other trauma, weakened bones from medical condition), and how old are you? What has your doctor prescribed as far as your treatment, physical therapy and other recovery options?
