If you took your home pregnancy tests after your missed period (a few weeks apart), then you can trust in the results. I do see why you are concerned, however, since you don't have an actual menstrual period to signify that you definitely are not pregnant.

You may want to call your GYN, just to let him/her know the information you provided above, and that you are curious if you should be seen for an appointment (to rule out a medical condiiton), or just wait for your next period and assume this one was "missed". Depending on your health status, many GYNs are not concerned about one missed period with two confirmed negative HPT (a missed period really is that common!). A missed period can be "caused" by any number of things: recent illness, new medication, stress, or medical condition.
