Hi srim,
I'm confused why you are worried about your constipation? It sounds like you already have some ideas of why you are constipated (you mentioned "I've been putting on weight", "I am lazy these days"...I'm assuming this means not eating well and not exercising?), and that you notice constipation and gas "when I eat more".

If you have no other symptoms, as you indicated, have you considered that your current eating patterns and lack of exercise are contributing to your constipation?

What have you tried to alleviate these symptoms?

Lastly, can you tell us more about your symptoms, including how frequently you are experiencing constipation (or, how infrequently you are experiencing a "BM"--bowel movement)? Are you on any medications or have any medical conditions that we should know about? What is your age, and can you tell us about possible lifestyle factors (eating, exercise, smoking, alcohol use, etc). Would you consider yourself within a normal weight range? Do you feel that you eat an adequate and healthy amount of fruits, vegetables and whole grains?
