According to the ACOG (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists), "More than one half of women have bleeding or spotting after they start hormone therapy (HT)", so please know the symptoms you are experiencing are common.
A woman is said to be "postmenopausal" after she has not had periods for one year ("menopause" is during the time of irregular periods for that year).
It is not likely that you are ovulating (the only way you would be able to become pregnant), and the bleeding you are experiencing from the HRT should be medically evaluated, to rule out any medical conditions. However, please know that the bleeding is an expected side effect (for about 50% of the women; I hope your doctor told you about this!), and does not indicate that you are able to conceive. The bleeding should lessen/stop within 6 months, but it is still a good idea to be medically evaluated to rule out other possibilities.
