i am also 40 and done right hip thr 3 months ago , taqking all precautions, exercises, and carry lots of fear, i cant be active now in life as used to be ,life has come to halt, life seems a burden now, also fear of gettting second hip damaged, refrain from smoking drinking which i like most,avoid sex,it seeemd like a disabled man , dont want to live anymore,no dancing ,no sports,no physical activities r taking my head off ,going into depression ,thinking of suiciding ,can anybody help me ,most difficult to get mentally get out of this life trauma
